Our Story

Born out of 2020's global civil rights reckoning, The HiveMind Unified was created to be a resource hub whose primary focus is to share knowledge and opportunities available to Black, and other professionals of color in the Entertainment industry.

We believe change to the Entertainment industry will not happen overnight, but it can start if we're equipped with the right tools that will ultimately lead to racial and gender equity in front of, and behind the camera.

The HiveMind Unified focuses on underrepresented entry-level professionals because we believe the sooner you learn how to navigate a complex industry such as Entertainment, the more likely you'll feel confident to stay in the field. However, the global exchange of self-guided learning, networking, and material is available to service anyone at any stage of their career.

That is how we challenge the status quo . That is how we drive upward mobility, and that is how we show up.
